  : The size of the room , location, ocean front and cleanness of the room.
  : They was not 1 single person all week at the counter. I guess yall just trying to save money but it's crazy as big of a Hotel this is that there was not 1 person at the counter. Also my 12 year old daughter lost her ring at 9:55 pm and the young guy asked us to leave so he could lock the gates up and i asked him if he would look for it on the ground where she laid the towel and he said when I get over there I will. He didn't ask for a name and didn't care to look for it !!! Pitiful !! I did complain to the older white woman that came out and she said he should have looked for it and said she would do something about it.

  : The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to most everything.
  : Love my stay there. Wish it was on the beach but it wasn't bad to walk across the road.
