  : I liked the pool and that there was a bar and restaurant on premises.
  : The first day we got there we arrived to a very disgusting room. I got an email stating that the room was ready at 2pm and when we got there at 630pm the room was filthy . We drove 13hrs and were hungry, tired and ready take a shower. We couldn't do anything that we wanted to do when we arrived, we had to wait for the room to be cleaned and disinfected. I was told I'd get a return for the cleaning fee since the room was filthy dirty. They were supposed to send a check on 7/25, i called on 7/30 and i was told it was sent on 7/29. I called last week and I was told I should be getting it soon. I called yesterday and never got a call back, I called today and I was told the check was never sent. At this point they are giving me the run around and im not happy at all. It was a stressful, anxious, upsetting forst day of vacation, not how I expected to start it. Then we took the little bus to the beach, was told it would come around every 20mins and at one point we waited 45mins for someone to come around.

  : Good location, lots of great amenities, friendly staff
  : They had construction the same time we were there. If we would have known we wouldn't have stayed there during that time. We also had a 1 year old who needed go nap and couldn't do so. Also when we first got there it's like they forgot to sweep the floors.

  : The firearm kept going off and apparently no one there knew how to take care of it, we had to call where we booked from. The couch sofa bed was broken.

  : Room #1913 was just as it is pictured, clean the space was just right for me and my family of six, 2adults and 3 teens. The property was in a good location, although, it’s not ocean front, you do have ocean view but, it’s just a few minutes walk to the beach approximately 8min. They do offer shuttle ride if you don’t feel safe crossing the highway, and you can drive across the street and park as well. The pool area is nice, with a bar and sitting area closer by the pool, they have kiddie area as well. I enjoyed the heated pool on the cloudy day when it was to cool for my liking to get in the regular pool. Walmart is only 5min away right beside the resort, as well as joe crab shack and bubba gump restaurant.
