  : This is an amazing property with a great location. Very nice layout, and very comfortable and feels at home. I loved the two story layout, with two outdoor decks to hangout on out by the pond. My son loved the decks also, and feeding the abundant population of turtles in the pond.
  : My stay was amazing, and I made the best of it even with the issues we had so I really hate to complain. Cleanliness was the main issue with this property. Upon arrival as soon as I entered the house I noticed an excessive buildup of dust and hair on the stairway railing. I shrugged it off and continued to the bedroom, and checked the beds as I always do at a new stay due to bedbugs. I did not find bedbugs, but did find the sheets and cover to be covered in hair once again not too big of a deal as I could get them changed upon request. Went upstairs and needed to use the restroom and when I turned the light on in the bathroom the toilet had several hairs on the lid started feeling less confident the place was cleaned well but it was late and my wife and 3 year old son was tired from our 10 hour drive to the place so settled in and got ready for bed, and did not bother calling. When prepping the small bed for my son I took the mattress off the small bed in the guest room on the bottom floor because he is 3 and cannot use a normal bed. When I moved the mattress I was immediately horrified by the smell that was released, and it filled the room so badly we shut the door and let my son sleep with us. We called the next day to get this addressed and the lady I called was more than kind in response to my request of cleaning the mattress, and I figured they could also address the other issues while there. The mattress/general furniture cleaning man assured me I was more than correct of the horrific smell, and admitted it made him gag even with his lessened sensitivity to those kinds of things due to seeing it often. They also changed the bed sheets in the master room but neglected to clean the stairway and toilet. I called again and upon the cleaning ladies return she entered my room without knocking and was very rude while cleaning the stair rail. So rude I did not even mention the dirty toilet and cleaned it myself.

  : Close to the beach. The kitchen was completely supplied with everything a cook would need. The beds were amazingly comfortable, with new pillows and linens. Windows and doors blocked sound and weather beautifully. Washer dryer was in great working order. Would recommend to anybody
  : Only complaintand its slight. There was slight musty smell. I realize its Florida and the beach, I wouldnt say anything if I wasnt asked.
