  : Nice that the houses were in a gated area, especially with children. No parking on the road helped navigate since the streets were narrow. House was nice we stayed in.
  : That we were not important enough to have someone check our dishwasher when it was not working properly. Not enough staff to handle all the properties ran by company. Not enough dishes to handle 12 occupants. Also inspector was very rude and obviously didnt do her job if inspecting items, since I was charged $400 for a weathered patio chair that a child sat in. I sent an email in explaining my frustration and request to be refunded, but I have yet to hear anything from the company, nor was I notified that I was going to be charged. Very, very unprofessional for Real Joy Vacations. Even though we liked the house and the other two families did as well, we will never use Real Joy Vacations again when we stay in Destin.

  : Overall a great vacation . I enjoyed how close it was to everything.
  : The only downfall was the water would only stay heated for maybe 5 minutes . So we all had to rush and take showers

  : There wasnt any cleaning items left to clean with but a dirty mop. No broom or dust pans. shower in down stairs room has a lot of build up on the doors. Guest bedroom upstairs needs a tv in it.

  : I love the location. The house was really clean and was just as the pics showed on the website. The rooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated 8 adults. The washer/ dryer was great to use. The pool area was really nice.
  : The only thing that I didn't like was that the air system on the 2nd floor seemed to not keep the house cool upstairs.
