  : ATTENTION - BedbugsWe have stayed at this hotel before when visiting our family and even though it is basic we were always satisfied because it was very functional and the prices are fair.
  : This time when we arrived in our room, due to the current situation in France, we checked the mattresses and were very unsatisfied when we found bedbugs. We went to the reception to report the situation and took them to the room. In order not to take the bedbugs home, we decided not to stay over night. As we had paid in advance, they told us to reach out to booking to be refunded. When we claimed back the money, booking informed us that the hotel doesnt refund the money. When we reached out to them we only received a very unreasonable response declining everything that happened. I never experienced such a terrible service before.

  : Very clean. Perfectly situated to all amenities.Very good breakfast.Very pleasant, helpful receptionist ( only Sunday 22/23 October).
  : Very poor customer service, ignorant male & female receptionists who couldnt even be bothered to raise their heads to acknowledge arriving customers or reply to a good morning, and to think that they are employed (payed) in the hospitality sector. Maybe not in the right career.
