Kalina Complex

Disappointing
Traveller Type:
: Rooms were warm and well heated. We didn't use the air conditioners but the installed heaters. Warm water and the bathrooms were okay. Ample parking space and the place where the complex is build was fairly quiet.
: The rooms were shockingly dirty. Walls had stains, scratches and all kinds of other issues, accumulated with time. Seemingly new paint, was done in such haste that it looked more to be painted with a shovel and not a brush. Beds had sheets much smaller than the bed itself, but it revealed the mattress bellow. Comfort aside (they were not), they were the dirtiest things I've ever seen. Black spots and blood... and not a drop of blood, but quite a considerable amount. It was, shortly put, disgusting. Equipment, ancient. Furniture run down, very dirty leaning towards broken. The stairs had an interesting give when stepping over them. Some sunk a little beneath your feet. I dont believe they could collapse, but its still a funny sensation.

Very Good

: Great location and view of the mountain and pasture. Clean facility. Well equipped kitchen.
: Pool has tap water. Unit ( house) #54 : No Wi-Fi coverage, archaic TV (20-25 years old), gutted mattress on twin beds and living room couch, no safety rails on spiral staircase, no extra plastic bag for the garbage or toilet paper.
