  : I had 2 rooms walked in sheets on the floor , bathroom not cleaned , no microwave in room . 2nd room was dirty no refrigerator, leftover food in microwave, chips on sofa , no towels in either bathroom.

  : The receptionist was trying his best to be accommodating.
  : The uncleanness. The lack of comfort. I had to change rooms FIVE times. There was a rat in one room, toilet seat not even attached in the next room or a shower curtain, someones clothes and bags was in one of the rooms they gave us the key to, the AC only worked on cold and went no higher than 67 and the temperature outside was 22 degrees! I asked for towels because there wasnt towels and i got them the next morning after i went downstairs to demand them, again. Also the site said breakfast included... well that wasn't even close to true at this hotel. Also the outlets by the beds were either damaged or just had issue but we couldnt plug chargers or anything into the outlets by the beds.

  : I didn’t stay here! I reserved a room and when I got there, they said they didn’t have a room available for me because they overbooked the hotel. The place looked like a crap hole anyway… building looks run down, the grass looks like it hasn’t been mowed in months… definitely won’t be trying to stay here again.
