  : the location and the contemporary setting.
  : The floors (especially under the bed, the edges and under the sofas) has not been cleaned for a long time. also the top of cupboards and wardrobe have not been dusted for a while. the elevator had no light. and the lightbulb was broken and all the sharp pieces were just there on the floor.

  : Amazing location, apartment, and maintenance. The check-in is totally frictionless, contact-free, and fully digital. I hope all the hotels in Germany become more digital like this one.

  : Since the hotel rooms are facing Südwall (large road) it gets quite loud inside from traffic noise. The hotel was nice enough to include complementary earplugs though.

  : Its very clean, looks good, nice view. Nice bathroom. Really perfect. Checking in with sms codes, thats fast and practical.
  : The door is very safe but when typing in the code it is shortly active. I personally don’t like it when you are for first time :-) please 1 second longer would be easier (this for main entrance) . The room door is a bit less easy to open. Works with code, but mechanically not that easy to open. But very good and safe stuff on the other side.

  : The venue is well worth for its price. The interior room design is stylish, relaxing and functional. Location is unbeatable, everything in the town center is at a walking distance. Also the cleanliness of the room and the customer support is really good.
  : Only two things:1) The customers are told to wear masks when they are inside the building, but the staff was not wearing any masks at all. Also some people entering and exiting the building were without masks. I do not get this.2) Some basic instructions are missing: such as how to take the trash outside, how the laundry can be used, etc.
