  : The value based accommodation was what was expected. Exceptionally nice staff at desk. Thank you for accepting pets at no charge, its a reason why we book Red Roof.
  : It was very evident that the property was very much a short term residence for persons in transitional housing situations. Although we appreciate the struggle for some, there must be a greater sense of appeal for the every day traveler. When we were at the property, there was a guy out back with a sign and approaching me for money so he can pay for his rent to stay at the property. I was immediately aware that the property was primarily occupied by houseless persons, and it makes me remember the brand in that way.

  : Yes! When a hotel says they are smoke free I expect the room not to smell like nasty old buds. It's sad I couldn't even cancel the reservation or I'd lose what I paid for. So do not advertise you have a smoke free environment when clearly you DO NOT!

  : I liked that the price and that the ice machine worked. There were also a decent amount of channels on the television. Having a fridge and a microwave are always a bonus as well.
  : The room smelled funny. The fridge had something brown in it. There were streaks in the paint of the bathroom wall. As we were leaving I discovered someone had left their pants in the top drawer and the maids had not found them.

  : Several days worth of dirt piled up behind the bathroom door. I took 3 pictures of the dirt pile to verify my statement.
