  : WARNING DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE…. Bathroom was not clean shower wouldn’t drain, so I had water up to my ankles and the stopper which turns on the shower was broken I almost broke my nail trying to turn it on. The beds had a dip in the middle and you could literally feel the springs in your back. I tossed and turned all night because I just couldn’t get comfortably. I showed them pictures and asked it they could unstop the shower but they said there was no one who could fix it, which I didn’t understand because the person that was there before me had to have the same problem. Also, I left my fan on the table. It’s a very big fan that I travel with. I realize I left it after an hour. I called back to see if I can come pick it up but they said it was not there and they didn’t know where it was and that I had to call back tomorrow because the housekeeper left for the day I called back two days in a row Asking everyone about the fan and no one knew where it was. I asked was there a lost and found but they say the lady that clean the room did not see a fan and that’s impossible because I was only gone for an hour so that let me know they stole my fan not even an hour before I left. This hotel says Luxury Suites but it’s far from it. It was a horrible experience and they can’t even be trusted. And to make matters worse I asked if they can discount my room since my shower didn’t work and the drainage was backed up the beds super unbearable and unclean bathrooms they wouldn’t even discount the room after seeing pictures I provided of the drain back up and nasty stuff that was on the wall,still charge to me full price for this hell hole.

  : Hotel called me at 2pm to task if l was still coming. I told them reservation stated check in was 4pm and l would arrive about 3:50pm. The lady said no vacancy then I told her l have reservation since last week. She said ok. When I arrived, she said she only had 1 room available with 1 bed only. I asked if lvcould see it She said l leave Id & credit card and shecwould have someone open door to look at it. The bed was small king and no shower, only jacuzzi that was very deep. I did not like it. I returned back, she gave me my ID & credit card. She said to try another hotel in the area. I then went to days inn stonewood. I was there last time. It is excellent hotel. Thank you

  : Everything. Staff did not know how to communicate properly and reservation did not appear. Room was not fully clean, smelled pretty bad, outlets did not work properly, bed was not stable, and the list goes on.
