  : Stairs: To get to the apartment you have to climb up this narrow staircase, not suitable for families with small kids Parking: There are 3 parking spaces (for 3 apartments) in a very narrow passage, the cars can only be parked one after another, so when you need to leave and the other people cannot move their car, you are stuck. The owners provide an option to borrow a parking card, so you can leave your car at the nearby parking lot (which we preferred). Owners: They were cheap and frugal, they were not happy with us using the AC. They accused us of breaking the kitchen water faucet and the wardrobe hinges, which we had to pay for.

  : It was so close to beach.
  : Literally whole apartment was cleaned with one cloth and water.

  : Wifi and Location but still far from any shop if you need bread or whatever you will have to drive.
  : Appartment is poorly equipped, not enough space in the kitchen neither for cooking nor for washing the dishes.. we were puting them in plastic dish on the floor. Dishes were soo dirty we had to wash everything before use, the pot for boiling coffee or milk is horrible. ( pictures attached down) There was no sponge and peace of clothes for the dishes we had to ask for that. In between we bought. Moreover we did not have water twice in the appartement once we woke up and waited for water to come back to be able to wash and make coffee.We booked for 4 days AND got ONE toilette paper so after 2 days we had to ask for more paper. Toilette and bath were not clean enough , there is no place to hang the towels and put shampoo and shower gel.. WINDOWS NOT CLEAN.. AND too much instructions pasted everywhere in the appartement( like after swiming please wash yourself in the public shower before coming to appartement, if weather is not hot please do not use air-conditionner but open the windows.. we had impression like it is the first time we go to seaside and rent appartement)AND THE WORST THING HAPPENED IS when we prepared to go we packed our staff and my wife was still at home preparing her self the owner went home to check the appartement and started counting THE SPOONES AND KNIFES and she even did not check well and said ONE SMALL SPOON IS MISSING so we started to look for the spoon in the appartement and in our luggage we thought may be by mistake it ended up in our bags ......my wife just said lets check in the drawer for accessories once again, may be the lady did not check well and she was right the small spoon was with the other SPOONS( bearing in mind the equippment is soo poor quality that you won't be able to take for free from the shop). This is the worst experience we ever had. All the appartements we rented before were much better quality and service and for more or less same price!!!!
