  : There is nothing at all that is likeable. I had booked an accommodation and when I got to the hotel, there was nobody there. No personnel, nobody to contact, no reception, no room. I waited and tried anything possible, but the hotel was simply deserted. I still have not got my money back. They took the money and left me standing in the middle of a foreign country, in the evening, with no room and no chance to get the room I booked and had already paid for. You would think this situation is bad enough - booking a room online, paying immediately online, but finding a deserted hotel when going there. But no: I DID NOT EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK. THE HOTEL NEVER REACTED. BOOKING.COM SIMPLY SAID, BAD LUCK, WE HAVE GOT A SENTENCE IN OUR POLICIES THAT WE ARE NOT OBLIGED TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK IN CASES LIKE THIS. So I learned my lesson. Booking.com lost me as a customer and this hotel is simply not recommendable if you do not want to end up giving them your money without getting anything in return. Terrible experience.

  : The hotel was really well located in the heart of the ville and the service was nice as all the team were smiling. But our room had no airconditioning as it was not working and that made our stay passable as we were not able to sleep at night because it was super hot. We informed this to one of the personnel but nothing was done. The shower also has mold on the walls, the room was not cleaned properly, and we did not have shampoo and soap for the 3 days we stayed there, they just provided for just overnight stay and for 1 person and we were two. The breakfast was not appealing for 12 euros and the dinner was not cooked properly (my friend ordered burger and the steak was cold and raw and the bread too). So even if the hotel is in good location with parking, the services let it down big time.
