  : Location, apartment space, beautiful sea view, cleanliness, free parking place in front of the apartment house, distance to the beach, clean water, good service on the beach - coffee, wine, beer, ice cream
  : Air conditioning was charged by the owner 60 on top of the booking.com price, which would not be a problem if we had been informed in advance. Also the contact we had was not directly to an owner but to a Croatian travel agency, which was really not efficient. We tried to contact the owner several times in his apartment, but with no success. During the whole stay there wasnt the wifi available however it should have been available according to the booking.com information. Also the Croatian travel agency acting in the name of the owner charged us 20 more then the booking.com official price. The explanation was, that it is caused by the Croatian bank fee. I answered to the agency that the higher price had never been charged before going through booking.com. The excess money paid due to above stated reason (the bank fee) werent refunded to us after we complained via e-mail.
