  : The broken mattressThe squeaky floors.The overall filthThe broken tiles in Bathroom The terrible drive way condition The broken Spa bathThe dead bugs in the cooker hoodThe broken bedroom windowThe fact I got zero sleep due to the uncomfortable bedThe house was cold when we got there took us time to figure out heating The bed sheets were scratchy and not soft or comfortable felt oldMattress was lumpy, bed was rickety, had springs poking in my back all night.The reading lights didn't work in second bedroom or in living room. Sofas are uncomfortable.I also emailed several times to complain and got zero response or compensation. I didn't want to give a negative review but the fact the owners have completely ignored me is a disgrace.

  : Good location for our required mountain access. Room configuration in the Little House worked for our small group. Beds were comfortable and shower excellent. Adequate crockery and cooking utensils. Good view across the valley though too chilly to sit out under the porch.
  : A bit rough and ready for the price paid, tbh. A bathmat and hand towels are usually provided. There is no dining table and chairs - a coffee table and sofa is no substitute when eating;possibly ok for one night but not for four. The supplementary heaters ( which were needed to warm the place up) with one leg each didnt inspire great confidence.

  : The location.
  : Some of towels were dirty so we informed the owner straight away and received a text message which partly remedied the towels problem in that it said where extra towels were kept. The extra towels were clean but small.Someone had been into the house before we arrived, presumably to prepare it for our stay, as the key was in the door.We sent Owner a text message aboutSatellite TV not receiving a signal andthe toilet mains water inlet leaking which would damage the floor. We expected someone to come and sort them out but that did not happen.Other issues include-Bathmat is an old tea towelShower was dirty, with mould round base of its wallsHoles in the bedding which was old as were the towels.Only 1 pillow per person and no spares.Two heaters in the lounge had broken feet.The extractor fans in the WC and shower room were not working.There was no dining table.Very few large plates / drinking glasses.The outside of the pedal bin was dirtyNo instructions for heating tv etcThe single beds are not of good quality so not comfortable.The leak in the WC is not a new problem as the loo brush holder is stainless steel and has rusted to the floor covering.The general cleanliness of the unit was disappointing, especially as it is supposed to be cleaned by a professional cleaning company.This could be a lovely place to stay if the housekeeping and cleaning/maintenance was kept on top of.It has potential but as is stands it is not fit for purpose and I could not recommend this property. Its more like student accommodation it has been furnished with old furniture and fittings. The state of the unit has been the only thing to take the gloss off our stay in the area.I do feel there should be some financial compensation from Booking.com as it was not up to the standard expected.I certainly dont think the kitchen was as described in the details , well fitted and there was no dining area. We regularly rent properties through Booking.
