  : Nice, stylish hotel with care for details. Original and modern design in the room. Very close quiet beach and big infinite swimming pool. Nice atmosphere and staff, good food. Very well choice of half bord.
  : No valet parking, but very close subterranean parking.

  : Room is so spacious and colorful -lively (positive energy) , i had to postpone 4 nights because of Walter the receptionist who knew i was moving to another hotel so he upgraded me fromThe beginning,(smart move)Access to a big pool and beach Colorful lobby makes it seem a lively hotel full of positivity especially with staff always smiling especially receptionists
  : -food variety too low and not so good-no valet parking service only self parking

  : sea view is sort of lackluster; tv didn't work, couldn't get discount. early checkin was not possible and ended up having to upgrade to a more expensive room after 18h of travel

  : i dont like the view for hotel room as in booking view is on beach and gardens but in real this view for residents building who is living for long time only.

  : Great location. Mall just across the road Friendly staff, make you feel welcome and comfortable Buffet breakfast is lovely - lots of options
  : Hot water in my shower wasnt working. Didnt want to make a fuss late a night so Decided to sort in the morning and just had a cold shower that night. Went to reception early the next morning to sort it out they assured me the shower would be sorted immediately. I came back in the evening after a day out at the water park jumped in shower, still cold. 9pm nowCalled reception again.. only sent someone up to sort the shower then even though I had asked in the morning. They couldnt fix the shower so I had to pack all my bags and change rooms at 10pm at night. I was not impressed at all I know these things happen but I had specifically asked for the shower to be sorted early in the morning to avoid the inconvenience and hassle of moving rooms late at night when youre already exhausted and just got back from the pools. For a 5 star hotel, you need to do better than this. They also took a bond out of my credit card which Im still waiting to get back. Friendly staff and location make it passable

  : The property was nice and modern. We had a deluxe Seaview suite for us and our young children and it was spacious and beautiful. The staff was so lovely and helpful and were especially kind to our young children. The staff at breakfast went out of their way to make sure they have a good meal. We also very much enjoyed the pool. We only visited the main pool as we were traveling with children and could not visit the adult only pool. Andaz is just opposite of Nakheel mall which was very handy to grab a few things or go and eat across the road.
