  : The property has everything you need. From restaurants, pool, spa, gym, bars and they assist you as well as possible with the kindest staff. Nearby there are supermarkets open all day and night and restaurants. Upon arrival at night, Faiyaz assisted me and my family so well as well as at departure and during our stay which was heartwarming. At night, security Desmond took the best care of us as well! Meanwhile everyone else who catered to us from housekeeping to maintenance, in room dining and the Egyptian/Italian guy at the Italian restaurant on the 5th floor were all so kind! That is what made our stay the most memorable of all. The rooms are amazing and the fact that there is assistance 24/7 is much appreciated. We booked this hotel after cancelling another property due to mixed reviews so if youre reading this to check if you should stay here - do it! You wont regret it. We will likely come back here instead of the one at Palm due to the staff. Also, the hallways are very pretty.
  : They initially put me in a room on the 6th level which was for people with a handicap. Some rooms have more privacy than others but the room we were eventually moved to had great level of privacy.
