  : I really liked the downtown location. The apartment's decor, balcony and fully equipped kitchen were appreciated. Although apartment sleeps no more than 7 people, the full bathrooms in each bedroom were a nice touch. The property agents were pleasant, arranged for the apartment to be cleaned, and supplied more towels and toilet paper.
  : I did not like that the couch and carpets had crumbs on them, the throw pillows were all smelly and dirty from previous use, not all the bathrooms had hot water, and it took a few attempts to get some of the concerns addressed. I think the management team could better inspect the apartment between guests for what is functional or needs fixing.

  : First of all the, I dont recommend this place at all! for the following reasons:-1- In the first day, the family room AC was not working and we were hardly sitting in that room we called the flat owner he said we will try to fix it or give you a compensation however nothing happened2- the second day all the ACs were not cooling and the house started heating and we couldnt sit in any room3- there were no tissue boxes to use only toilet paper4- the company asked us for around 450 dirhams as cleaning fees, when we left the flat they asked for extra 300 dirhams!!!!!! For deep cleaning!! To be taken from the 1800 secuirty deposit.5- booked more than 10 times using booking.com however never ever someone took this huge amount which is higher than the rent 1800 dirhams 490 dollars while the rent was 1600 dirhams.6- 3br apartment with only one couch for 3 people max in the family room other than that theres uncomfortable chair.I dont advise anyone to book here they will ask for more money after you leave to be taken from the deposit! Save your money and book somewhere else!
