: Stuff and services, no service in frank porter, they cut our deposit 1600aed for only one small glass broken

: the location and how was clean.
: missing some important staff like the tissue box, doormats for bathrooms.too much noise from other apartment, latterly every time someone use bathroom upstairs we can hear it.

: The location was great
: - The apartment smelt very weird- The sofa and carpet were dirty - There were cigarette ends behind one of the bathroom doors and on the balcony- There were pen drawing on the walls - booking.com showed me a price and the price was the same on the payment page but when the transaction went through I was charged £400 more then I should have. I have screenshots to prove this. However booking.com refused to refund me the difference.- We confirmed check in times with the property management company for 3pm. We arrived at this time however there was no one there. We were told they went to another property .

: The property was nice and the view was great , toilets werecleaned 8% rating
: Once I arrived at the reception of the building 15:00, he said that hewill call the owner of this property .I was waiting approximately for 1hour down stair with my Luggage ,I talked to them several times by phonebut they kept saying the property is under cleaning and they need twomore hours for that .I requested to cancel the booking and they said Ishould cancel only thought booking.com . At that time I had no otheroption and my family was with me and the road was busy a lot . I calledthem agin and they said the apartment will be ready at 18:00 only . Igot it after 3 hours waiting and we missed the pray for that reason,despite of I booked at 11:00am as it showed in the booking confirmationcheck in is 1500pm.I Requested them to refine some amount other wise toextend check out but there was no response , moreover once I got theapartment they requested 1200 aed as a deposit to keep the it safe andin good condition witch is not mentioned in the booking ..
