  : We had a reservation on Booking for 3 nights in this hotel. We came to check in at 9 PM, however the desk manager at the hotel told us that they dont have any available rooms and that we should go somewhere else. He was even open on the fact that they overbook on a regular basis. He said to go to another hotel which was 2,4 km away, and after we requested that they cover for our transportation cost to that hotel, the manager laughed and said that they wont offer that and that we are on our own. After some heated discussion, we started to look for another hotel closeby for a higher price, the manager informed us that he will have a free room if we wait for 30 minutes. Having no other options, we agreed. This was a terrible and stressful start of our stay in Dubai. The room was clean enough once we came in, but on the second day we saw a cockroach on the floor. The location of the hotel is in a predominately Indian-inhabited area of Dubai and it has a good connection with the city center with a bus. There is also a bus station closeby. They offer only Indian food for beakfast so be aware of that fact if you want to include it in

  : Staff at the reception kind but very unorganised:- my room wasn't ready when I came at 16:30 so had to wait- check-in took long time- got a key that doesn't close the doorsBreakfast is not good, some food being reheated from one day to another, only take it if included in the price already. If not, some good eating places just outside the hotelBathroom requires renovation NOW COCKROACHES is the room (even of it looked clean at first sight) so there in an overall issue with cleanliness in the hotel
