Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AED 140 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

A damage deposit of AED 2100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that if the guest's number is less than the full capacity of the property, we reserve the right to lock away the rooms with the excess beds. Optionally, we can leave the rooms opened for an extra charge.

Please note that the preferred method of payment is bank transfer. If you would like to pay using this method please request this when you make your booking. If paying by card guests are required to submit a photo ID and front of credit card 24 hours prior to arrival via online check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This apartment is located within a secure building monitored by security and concierge. Should your guest numbers on arrival be more than that which was confirmed beforehand additional charges of AED 456 per extra guest per night will apply.

Guests will be emailed with booking arrival information, so are advised to provide a personal direct email address as part of the booking process.

Bookings with at least 7 days in advance and for a minimum of 7 nights, will get a free airport pickup service (maximum 4 guests) and continental breakfast is free for the first day, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
