  : Amazing location, only few steps to the Metro, restaurants, coffee shops, and not too far from all the wonderful attractions Dubai has to offer. Large rooms with comfortable bed, kitchenette, and good breakfast choices buffet style but can also order certain items from the kitchen. Overall a great stay.
  : Not as luxurious as some other hotel but has all you need.Would be nice if USB charging was available in the rooms, otherwise have to be innovative and use TV for charging if not equipped with local charger/converter.

  : It was very dirty and the bed sheets was blood on it and the Ac for one room was too hot twice we call the maintenance guy and he didnt fix it and also there was a water leak on the bathroom.   : Location is excellent in terms of metro and being downtown close to key landmarks. Lots of eateries and coffee shops nearby too.I was upgraded to a larger room which was a great size.
  : Summary1. Smoking is allowed in the rooms so my room absolutely stank of cigarettes. Even opening the window did not remove the stale tobacco odour which was ingrained and made me nauseous.2. Cafes and restaurants below the property play music till 2am and even had live music one night, so it is impossible to get to sleep if you have normal hearing.3. The bed and pillows were apparently made of concrete. Never seen such heavy, rock hard and uncomfortable bedding. Sleeping on the pavement might be a softer option.4. Staff are generally unfriendly and mediocre. The porter just took up my luggage and did not even set up the suitcase holder - just grabbed the tip and left. No greetings or thanks expressed by any of them. Housekeeping forgot to replenish teabags two days, towels on another day and washed the mugs so poorly that the stains were visible.5. Generally an uncomfortable stay which left me with nausea and back pain which is not ideal for a leisure trip.Details:Unfortunately, my room stank of cigarette smoke to the point of making me nauseous. When I complained to reception they didnt seem surprised and just asked housekeeping to spray air freshener which was of minimal impact. Clearly the air conditioning system brings in smell from adjoining or upper rooms as it got worse at certain times. They allow smoking in the rooms so dont stay here if you dont like the ingrained smell of cigarettes in your surroundings.The bedding is atrocious - the pillows were about 12 inches thick and apparently stuffed with plaster of Paris. If you had a pillow fight with them serious injuries would result.
