  : It is DIRTY, OLD and has zero amenities...okay they had hand soap that’s it, not even a towel. I had to request for a towel they gave me two bath towel no hand towel even after I requested it they said okay but never brought it up. The towel had a yellow stain and it smelled so I opted to use my own. There was mosquitoes in the kitchen, the refrigerator had items from the previous guest (I called twice to have someone clean it and no one came). The AC barely worked requested for maintenance he came up pressed something and stated give it time....still was not up to the standard it should be for a hotel in DUBAi, called for maintenance again for the AC NO ONE CAME. The WiFi barely works and when it does ONLY in the living room which was a major inconvenience. The facility didn’t have a washing machine I asked if it was an option the staff advised if I requested for one they’ll bring it up, I requested 3 times they said okay but no one came up, eventually I gave up and checked out the second night and booked 4 nights at a hotel 500m away from pearl city suites that was cheaper but not even comparable in terms of service and amenities.
