  : The residence itself is nice, the reception try their best to help. The location is good, in Bay Square. You will find some restaurants and commodities across the street. The apartment is spacious, the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the host was good, through Whatsapp. There is a SPA downstairs, we tried their massage and really liked it! We had an issue with a curtain rod that fell off, maintenance was very reactive to fix it.
  : There were two major issues:1. The cleanliness of the apartment. The sofa was stained, walls had a bunch of make up stains, bathrooms were not 100% clean. The fridge had a strong food smell, which is not very reassuring.2. The lack of equipment. For a full week stay, we only had 4 towels (for a 2-bedroom), no bathroom rug, no hand or face towels. No toilet brush, no cleaning equipment at all, which was quite a problem for a one week stay. In the kitchen there was no sponge, dish soap or dishcloth to clean the dishes ; no extra trash bags. No bathroom products, except a shaving kit and shower cap. There were no hangers in the closet, either. Other minor issues we faced: we landed quite late at night and the wifi code wasn't written anywhere in the apartment, it would have been nice to have it on a small paper. We were not able to use the pool, as it was under the shade all day (in December).

  : The room was terribly smelling cigarettes although the website clearly mentioned that smoking is not allowed. There were lots of flies in the apartment.I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.
