  : Good breakfast with quality food and pleanty variety. Excellent location - you can walk to most museums that you will want to see and you are 20 minutes away from the city center. Some of the staff was nice.
  : Where do I start. Some of the staff was initially nice, but as soon as something is not going well, they turn to plain rude and confrontational even when I disingaged from conflict they insisted. I was sure I booked for 3 nights, but I made a mistake, imidiatly I was treated as a criminal and got locked out of my room. No one asked me if I was ok, gave me a call, nothing. I just get an email and I am told, you will need to pay 30 euros per hour for every extra hour after 12pm. I was lucky to have checked the email at lunch time, because again no one called me. I kept saying at check in I was in for 3 nights, not one soul corrected me. I reconized my mistake, but we are not comodities we are human and we make mistakes, the hotel made the choice to be unkind and unhelpfull. I was just told "nothing I can do to help". I was offered no alternative.I observed the staff being overworked, which might be why they behaved this way. The management of the hotel needs to help the working people, because to me it looked like they are all working a lot.I was also given the disability adapted room: according to management, because they had no other options available. This is concerning! If someone really needs the disability room, they can't because it's going to show "booked". To me this is the same logic as making the choice to park in a disability place, because it was empty. "no one with diabilities booked the room, so let's give it to you". It makes little sense and its done with profitability in mind.The room was right below the bar, so up until 12/1 am all I can hear are chairs dragged to the floor - that is even more concerning. If I have a disability and I am using the disability adapted room, I am likely to need rest, and dragging sounds around midnight close to 1am does not make much sense to me. The desiner of the hotel, clearly did not think.
