  : The location is amazing, the apartment was nice, clean and as advertised. Good price compared to other options. All in all we were very happy with our stay.
  : Only one key is available.Balcony door was stuck. They did offer to come over to resolve this but wasn't really worth the time because of our short stay.Badly isolated, the living room was cold, and sound from outside was very loud (the sound was to be expected).The sleeping couch is quite hard.

  : It looks like black mode in the bathroom on the back of the door. Having staff popping into the apartment with no notice as my dad was in bed a sleep.

  : The staff were very helpful when l emailed a few times to arrange an extra nights stay. The apartment was the same as in the pictures - clean and bright. Ample room for our needs, and in a great location. We preferred using the key for entry, rather than the app.
  : The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, as in dish washing sponge, and cloth to wipe worktops etc. and an extra hand towel. The double bedrooms had two huge wardrobes - (too much for a stay of a few days, one would be sufficient) but no chest of drawers, so nowhere, apart from the table in the hall, to place hair brush, make-up etc. The en-suite & bathroom were the same - nowhere to put toiletries etc. Although there was a hairdryer, there was no power point near a mirror to use it. The shower in the en-suite had a huge double shower tray, which served no purpose and took up too much space. A larger vanity, with good lighting and space for toiletries would be more useful.

  : The location was great, very close to local bars and some restaurants. They had a great range on cooking equipment and tea/coffee available. No noise from outside as soundproofed
  : There was significant mold on the bathroom door and no ventilation unit in the bathroom. The fire alarm went off intermittently throughout the day and night. The balcony door was stiff and difficult to open and there was exposed wires and loose fixtures. So dangerous.
