  : The apartment is located in 5 minutes walk from the local beach Lapad. We stayed in the 3 bedrooms apartment with a terrace and a balcony from which opens a beautiful view to the sea. The kitchen is small but it is equipped with all necessary tools for cooking. The supermarket is a bit far from the apartment. The host, Seka, was very kind and helpful. She was always ready to help in any case so I am really thankful to her. We enjoyed our stay in the Mercep apartment.

  : The location was superb for us. Just a wander down steps then across a pathway, down some more steps and then straight into the sea from one of the many bathing spots that have been created among the rocks, lovely! Easy to get a bus to central Dubrovnik, however, with the wonderful views here, the close proximity to the waters edge and with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants, we would choose this location over anywhere in central Dubrovnik and would definitely stay at this very clean and spacious apartment again.
  : A small but necessary suggestion. The shower needs to have a slide bar on the wall to enable the shower head to be fixed and adjustable. A one handed shower whilst youre holding the thing is awkward. The hot water tank is small so showers need to be fairly quick.

  : Exceptional location, super landscapes. I am very familiar with Uvala Lapad, Dubrovnik. I even lived nearby, but also because of the business, I did spend a lot of time exactly in this area. The apartment is huge, it is actually a loft/mansard. Super adorned inside, with a lot of maritime outlets-such a compass, and a marine bell dated and engraved from 1842. Many things are put in the right place. Super clean, the area inside is big, quiet, there are 2 windows, which show the bay of Lapad. there is no balcony, but it is not necessary, given the impressive surface of the Apartment. For cooking or making soup, or tea, coffe- all is there. Stove, electric one, then on top 2 gas, 2 electric. The bathroom is fine, there is hot water, provided by the electric boiler installed. The fridge is big enough, it is very good. Utensils, cookware exceptional quality- Swiss ones! Rarely have I hve seen this. Quiet, quiet, quiet.- The beach is 40 to 50 meters away. Overall, considering the hospitality and the care of "Mama Seka". I would rate it Outstanding. I have a big experience in the travel industry, this is why I took some time to write the review because it is worth it.
  : What needs to be improved is the Intenet missing. for me was a big problem, since I had the phones on a metered consumption. Because I have come to business, that was an inconvenience. Advice to the owner- straight forward. Please buy a router and a subscription of an internet package. And this is a MUST! Another thing is the access. I am not sure if there is access from above, the owner needs to publish this. I had to carry my big luggage, to climb up 87 steps, which is hard -especially for the seniors. Going down and up several times 87steps was not a problem for me, but I would like to advise that this is a fact. Perhaps, if there is an entrance from the street above, that would solve the problem. If there is - then Mr. Mercep should inform booking.com to update the presentation. Ok, these are minor things, but they need to be specified. Like the poet- small things create big troubles.

  : The terrace is great, shaded by pine trees with sea view. The location is perfect, just on the sea promenade and three minutes from the sunset beach. Many restaurants nearby.
  : The apartment is a bit dark and equipment old, but reflects the favorable value for money ratio for this location.

  : Apartment is in great location at Lapad. Surrounded by many truly amazing restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket. Bus stop 5mins walk. Mrs Seka and her son are both very accommodating and helpful. Apartment clean and tidy with outdoor seating area.
  : A lot of stairs however normal for Croatia and you soon get use to it and become fitter.
