  : The house is very close to the Port but tucked away in a very quiet but authentic spot. You can walk to Lapad and to all the beaches in Babin Kuk and also to Dubrovnik Old Town (30 min walk) or simply catch one of the many buses (bus stop at bottom of road). The house is spacious over 3 floors. The kitchen is on the second floor. You can access the lovely terrace from the kitchen to eat. There are many friendly cats who like to say hello at various times of the day. We fed them. They keep you company a while then they go. We had a lovely 4 night stay. It’s like home from home. Dino took us to the airport when we left. We would certainly return. Thank you
  : The beds are a little uncomfortable but could be easily solved. It did not cause us any major problem.

  : "Home from Home" The house is centrally located, beside bus station ferry port ..big supermarket five minute walk away. Dino the host was very helpful took us to the bank to pay for accomadion. Wine and fresh fruit on arrival. Three lovely places to sit outside plenty of towels& linen .Safe and secure very quiet ,comfy beds all the facilities excellent thank-you Dino for making our holiday one to remember would highly recommend to all .

  : To have the space of the entire property for your own is unbelievable - you are getting an entire 2bedroom 1bathroom house and indeed the comforts of home, complete with dishwasher and washing machine! Our host was welcoming, so easy to work with, very attentive to our needs, quick and flexible to our additional requests (airport transfer, etc). He checked in on us periodically to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we were finding everything we needed for our stay. The property location is over a mile and a half from Old Town. I specifically found this a great benefit as I opted to make the daily walk my exercise regime while on vacation. Public transportation is readily accessible and it is a very short ride to Old Town. There are other benefits location-wise. Grocery prices as well as cafe prices seem to be lower in this property's immediate vicinity compared to Old Town. It is a short walk to a daily morning Farmers Produce Market and Fish Market. Fresh bread bakeries abound as well. This made our breakfasts most enjoyable on the shaded front patio! There are three car rental offices in a row, one block down from the property and it was well worth it to compare pricing. If you are into beer, a microbrewery (DBC) is around the next block. I highly recommend this property especially for extended stays!
  : I am providing this detail as way of information only. It did not particularly bother me when I was at the property. The floor plan or layout of the house is such that the bathroom is on the ground floor, the kitchen is on the second floor and so is one bedroom, while the third level holds the second bedroom. For those who have a tendency to make bathroom trips in the middle of the night, you will need to go down one level or two levels, depending on which bedroom you are occupying.

  : While we were not located in the centre being near the port was a great location for some cool little places to eat and drink plus it was only a cheap Uber into the main Old Town. Worth staying there to save on extra accommodation costs.
  : Ideally i would have liked Air Conditioning in the main areas of the apartment and not just the bedrooms, the heat was constant and it made the other areas of the house almost unbearable during the day time so we stuck to our bedrooms mainly when we were at the accommodation.
