: Great big balcony. Very close to sunset beach in Lapad. Supermarket is also close.
: Shower needs rebuilding. Curtain and shower head were being fixed by painter tape. Difficult to find parking nearby.

: Host was on site with the keys and friendly. Villa was very well situated, near to beach, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop.
: Lack of lounge with suitable seating to relax. Inadequate kitchen facilities for family cooking taking into account it slept 5 - only 2 gas rings, no microwave, toaster or oven. Over bath shower head held on by string.

Good

Wonderful
Traveller Type:
: Fabulous location a 2 minute walk to the beach, hosts where so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Beautiful kiwi tree right outside by the seating area and host welcomed us with fresh lemonade. Having a washing machine in the apartment was great also! Would definitely recommend this place if youre looking somewhere simple with a great location
: Aircon was slightly faulty in the sense it didnt turn off without pulling the plug out of the wall but it wasnt a huge issue, shower could of been attached to wall rather than having to hold.

Disappointing
Traveller Type:
: Location - close to the beach, quiet area, fruit trees and tortoises were nice.
: Accommodation not like the pictures on Booking.com When we arrived we were shown to the room and it did not look anything like what we had booked online. It was old and very basic, not much love given to this space which was really disappointing. The kitchen facilities were basic, no oil ,salt, pepper or sugar. Minimal kitchen untensils, no teaspoons, only 2 cups when there was 3 guests and no-one around to ask for anything... Towels were old and there was also no hot water in the shower so had to take cold showers. We asked if we could use the balcony area but were told it was for other guests. We had no view of the beach only of a backgarden. Bed was comfortable and air con worked well. Location is excellent very close too the beach.

Good
