  : Apart from the fact that the spa was not working, which is why we booked this hotel, everything else was very good. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is good, the staff is very friendly, especially Miro, who helped us with our luggage and explained everything about the destination.
  : Spa wasnt working and most restaurants and stores are closed so you have a feeling that you are in goost town.If they wish to be 5* destinations this location needs more developement. Only Hotel and nice staff are not enough. One more issue is the fact that hotel dont have private beach and pool and if you are hotel guest you need to pay extra entry on beach club.

  : Hotel is new nice facilities good breakfast but they have to fix and improve many procedures and services to reach and qualified as 5 stars hotel.
  : It's confusing the way to get to the hotel, parking is a hassle because the entrance is together with a public parking creating moments of waiting before entering. the hotel has a private beach but you have to pay to use it and they charge you a full days rate regardless of how long you stay and it is not cheap...

  : The room is very spacious as well as bathroom, it's nicely designed and the bed is very comfortable.
  : The beach expierence was very poor. Unprofessional staff, prices way too high for what you get. The beach club is marketed as a very luxurious experience, which ich absolutely not the case. No clear instructions from the staff, no towels, no way to safely store your personal belongings. It took an hour to get a sun bed (which by the way were dirty and broken) which was far from the bar, no service at the sun chairs so you walk up and down the long beach. The location is so great, too bad they are trying to be something they can't live up to.

  : Sestiana/Portopiccolo is a truly delightful destination. It's situated in a relatively tranquil corner of the city, boasting uncrowded beaches and charming restaurants. The hotel's design, wellness facilities, and rooms are all exceptionally appealing.
  : The rest of our experience was quite disappointing. The room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness; there was noticeable dust, and the chair had rather unusual stains on it. Furthermore, our encounter at the reception desk was less than ideal, as we were provided with an incorrect Wi-Fi login and password, leaving us without internet access for a day. To add to our discomfort, the room's air conditioning system was malfunctioning, with a broken controller. We had to request centralized control to turn it off. In terms of dining, the restaurant only serves breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the service at both the bar and restaurant left a lot to be desired. Communication was hindered by a language barrier as the staff struggled with English, and their table service was subpar, lacking knowledge of proper utensil placement. Instead of a proper drink menu, we received a handwritten note that the bartender used as reference.
