: Evolve the property management company that manages the condo we rented assigned a "personal contact" who was useless. Called multiple times and left voice mails and no one called back. Bookin.com even tried to reach them with no luck.When we checked in, the front desk at the resort clearly does not care for properties being rented out through someone else. They told us to not contact them for anything if we had issues.We go into our unit. the pictures on the website are from many years ago. the kitchen was good but all the furniture was so old and dirty. the coffee table was broken, the recliner was so dirty I could not bring myself to sit on it. The kitchen was the only one room that was decent. For paying 950$ for 3 night the property management didn't even care to leave us coffee. That is something every rental and hotel provides their guest.Also the elevator in the our building in so called ski resort is so dirty and no one even cares to clean the floors.By far the worst place I have stayed in all my travels. Booking.com did everything to work with me and help. So this is clearly a problem with the listing.
