  : We arrived right before the office closed, and went to our room. The room had not been cleaned, as there was a used bar of soap in the bathroom, hair in both sinks, on the toilet, and in the shower. The tub had a slimy coating, there were dead cockroaches on the table, and we found a cherry stem in the sheets.When I shared my concerns, the manager, Jennifer said that they were short staffed, and at first assured me that they could refund my room charge of $180. After two and a half weeks of trying to contact her for the refund, she told me that they would not be able to refund the amount because we stayed the night. (We didn’t ask for a new room because the office closed at 10.) Jennifer continued to berate me on the phone, interrupting me with sarcasm and generally being rude and disagreeable. I’ve never been talked to like that when trying to deal with customer service in my life! When I asked if I could get a partial refund, perhaps half, she replied, “Oh, did you just stay half a night?” I tried to be reasonable and respectful, but was treated very disrespectfully in return.

  : Floors were filthy leaving our feet black. No soap to bath. Clerk threatened to call cops and have us removed because we asked for a soap. One extremely small bar is all we received for 2 people for 2 nights. No ice machine.

  : . Staying two nights and only coffee for one. Desk is not open only certain hrs. Booked for 3 people so had to get more towels. No shampoo or soap or Kleenex or hair dryer.Place is great but Just lacks conveniences

  : Upon our arrival at Spanish Trails, we were greeting by a friendly hotel clerk. He was quick and helpful at checking us in. We were tired by a cold night of camping the night before. Almost immediately, I locked ourselves out of the room, and he was kind about letting us back in. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious.
  : The rooms are very dated and a bit run down. There were several areas with chipped plaster or paint. There was zero insulation in the walls, so it was really easy to hear the traffic noise on the main street.

  : Little black beetles kept joining me on the bed. And the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke.
