: perfect house to welcome Group. we were 5 couples. 5 kids and a dog and the house fits perfectly. bedrooms are big. the kitchen is well equipped for big groups. and the house is very clean
: in top of the booking you need to pay your electricity and water at the end of your stay. it sounds pretty cheap and it was actually disappointing. to me this is a pity. it makes the experience less positive

: Quiet location. Large rooms. Excellent price / quality ratio.
: !The house was not properly cleaned! The clean service needs to improve their quality check. We don't have any animals, but we found hairs lying around. It wasn't the best way to start the weekend! Difficult to find, mainly related to the bizarre street layout. Poor isolation. (noise). I can't speak of thermal isolation.

: The gite is very spacious and the sauna is a nice plus. Kitchen etc is well equipped and the garden and climbing frame/slide were great. Its on a small track but the neighbours were very friendly. The owner of the horse sanctuary just behind let the kids have regular access to the ponies. You cant really go for walks from the property, at least with kids, as there are no paths or sidewalks but nothing was very far away.
: Property is very hard to find especially in the dark and there are no basic amenities like a supermarket or a bakery in the village

: The property is in a nice location and it's quite a new built so matches with the photos advertised. Property has all the good Kitchen appliances, utensils, heating system.
: With the amount of dust on the floor, it looked like the property wasn't cleaned recently. We knew that linen isn't included in the price but there was nothing in the property as basic to start with. All service accommodations we have lived they provide the first set of toilet rolls, tissue box, hand wash, body wash, dishwashing etc...but nothing was provided. Electricity n heating is also not included in the price and we ended up paying 120 for 3 nights which is quite high. In the end, the property worked out to be 35% more expensive than what it shows on Booking.com which is quite deceiving. Lots of these charges are written in small T&Cs. I believe it's better to include all and then advertise the price so people know how much they are expecting to pay for accommodation and can make better-informed decisions.
