  : It was dirty, there were no towels, the water was shut off for what ever reason don't know we were never told that the water was going to be shut off. Had to wait til mid morning for our room key.

  : My room was dirty, microwave didnt work. Random clothes in the drawer and an empty liquor bottle under the bed. No towels in the room and remote didnt work for the tv.

  : Bed was comfortable and was a nice quiet dark room. Bring your money $100 deposit for even a 1 night stay... 8 squad cars when I showed up. Something with fight between guests.. wouldn't stay again. Needed to come to town and do some training for work. Wouldn't stay again even if I had too..

  : Smoke detectors were covered in plastic. There was hair on the bathroom floor and garbage on the floor that they had missed when cleaning the room. When going to the front desk they said policy was they couldn't refund money and they didn't have any room to move us to. I was 9 months pregnant and didn't feel comfortable staying with smoke over the detectors so took it as a loss and left.

  : Had no HOT water in the whole building. After not getting any hot water to shower, when checking out, they told me they had WATER ISSUES. No apology or offer for compensation/credit for MAJOR inconvenience to me. No phone in room to call front desk.

  : All day Saturday we had no hot water. Finally about 7pm they let us go into an unfinished room to finally shower.

  : Room Was not supplied. no tv remote. Two bath towels and two washcloths but no hand towels. Coffee maker was broken. Pop machine and food machine broken. Large property, had to walk a long distance to the other area to get pop and food. Each time I had to go to the desk to discuss these issues. Plus now I have been charged twice once by Booking.com and wants to buy the property because they said it did not go through. Now I must call you.
