  : The room was clean and very comfortable.
  : The hallways and common areas were very warm and stuffy. A lot of unsupervised children running through the hallways. The breakfast area was disgusting when we made our way to it at 9 a.m. The food was not restocked. The tables weren't clean. The young lady responsible for that area was not efficient at all.

  : The only thing likes less was the brand new mattress that was super comfortable.
  : The AC would not shut off. The room was 56 degrees. The maintenance man was so kind and nice and tried to fix it. And thought he had but I had just driven from Richmond Va in the rain and was too exhausted to keep bothering him. I shut the unit off but it never went off until about 3 Am. I had to put towels and pillows on it to keep the cold air from chilling the room further. There was construction dust allOver closet rod and fridge and microwave. There were two spiders I had to kill in the bathroom. This is not staff fault. It is the property owner and property management who leave insurmountable tasks to one person. Get anHVAV crew in there to replace and get those units working properly.

  : The breakfast did not have gluten free options other than eggs. There was no fruit other than some brown bananas. There should be some healthy breakfast items for for those who cannot eat sugary cereals, pancakes and waffles .

  : Great location and very comfortable rooms (as a bonus, the one we got was on top floor and overlooked nice woods so very serene setting). It was quiet and cozy. We also welcomed the next door's gas station and Stewart's convenient store (including a Dunkin' counter). The pool was nice but basic, small and not quite relaxing once invaded by the numerous littles ones and their families who understandably end their day there (we discovered that numerous families set camp there during regional sports tournament weekends, and seem to socialize and end the day at the pool, so the key seems to go at odd hours, if that is at all possible).
  : The breakfast buffet is OK, but pretty basic and mostly processed food (boxed cereal, industrial yoghurt, usual waffle makers and artificial syrup, etc.), and while setting it up on a mezzanine area overlooking the main entrance seems like a good idea, it is too small to host the large amount of families and guests who meet there and need to find seating among the very few tables at hand (which are also too packed together to leave enough space for one to easily reach the buffet area that is setup in a corner passed all those sitting areas). The name of the hotel chain of course calls for guests to feel comfortable, but always puzzled by how many people assume that they can therefore consider themselves at their home there and forget that there are still in a public space - For example, the breakfast room was full of bare feet kiddos (and some adults!) running around the floors full of food crumbs and other unidentified breakfast waste in their PJs, which seems hardly hygienic and a sight I would rather avoid for my first meal of the day away from home.

Bacon/sausage abd eggsWaffles to make, yogurt, hardboiled eggs granola barsCoffee, tea and juices. There was fruit as well but if you are a late sleeper it seemed to be dwindling down.
