  : the location is okay. it’s around shopping.
  : the property is run down, smelly, being used as apartments by some people, dingy, mossy in the bathroom and on the carpets. the elevator is broken and the beds are uncomfortable. BOOKING.COM refund policy is not ideal as I don’t like waiting 10 to 30 days to get my money back and that is what you have to do if you book here. While the rate is low, they charge a $75 hold fee on your CC as well. Honestly, it’s just not worth it.

  : We checked In at the hotel, room was supposed to come with microwave.. that was advertised online .. room had no microwave.. when I asked from desk they said we had to request it .. what nonsense! That’s what we paid for .. we went to thanksgiving dinner when we return the room had no heat .. had to change room .. we went to room 240 .. someone was was occupying that room . Went back to the front desk to change room again.. the room that we got at 12 midnight.. the room has no tv .. we checked out the very next day .. I am requesting a full refund for our terrible stay .. the fridge is outdated.. very old.. the room is poor looking. Most unemployable vacation for me and husband.
