  : The breakfast was average. The breakfast area was clean and the food staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms were roomy. However when we checked in, the room was dirty. The sheets had not been changed and the floors were not vacuumed. There were nail clippings and dirt on the floor. The room also smelled like pet dander.

  : The hotel staff specifically, the lady with dark hair and blue contacts was extremely rude. I sent my son down to get room towels I was informed that she interacted with my child disrespectfully. If you have an issue with a child address their parent.

  : When we arrived our room was unclean. The sheets were dirty , the floor was had not been vacuumed and it smelled like pet dander. The breakfast area was clean but the food was below average.

  : Breakfast was tops, the employees were 10/10. The whole hotel was clean and orderly. I will absolutely stay again, but will book directly with the hotel next time.
  : The hotel did absolutely nothing wrong. Everything about my stay was seamless and breezy. The fault lies with booking.com. Their ad for the room I booked stated it was a King Suite with 1 king, 2 queen beds, and a pull out sofa. The price point was only slightly higher than a double queen with sofa, so I went for it, only to find that my actual suite had ONE King bed and a pull out sofa, which was not enough for the number of guests travelling with me. Thankfully, my mom who was also staying at this hotel, called them directly and booked double queen room, which was HUGE and had enough room for my overflow. The hotel was so accommodating, I will be staying again several times this year and can't wait to come back.
