  : We arrived very late, but check in was reasonably smooth. The lady running the desk was very friendly, even at that late hour. She was a true joy to deal with.

  : Beautiful & clean room & bath. Artwork displayed in hallways, lobby & breakfast room. The carpet was clean & unstained in the hallways. Breakfast was great compared to most other motels.
  : It was supposed to be a nonsmoking facility but someone near us was smoking so heavily it came into our room. The hallways were quite long but we needed exercise so it didnt matter. We found shorter routes after looking around a bit.

  : I was able to have my therapy dog with me. The beds were comfortable. The staff sweet. I am surprised the Best western company lowered its standards so.
  : The door to the room was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to open and shut. There was MOLD IN THE TUB, THE WATER WOULD NOT DRIAN IN THE TUB. The towels were old and small and ruff. The place is real rundown. I honestly felt embarrassed staying there.

  : Fleas, fleas fleas We was placed in room 120 within 20 minutes we noticed we was covered in fleas my husband headed to the front desk while I got our luggage an children an headed outside. We was put in a different room with they where sorry we all took showers as we where covered with fleas. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging in that bathroom room 322 it smelled like a wet dog but it was already 1 am an with two small children we decided to tuff it out threw the night the following morning we woke up to our oldest son covered in flea bites which we then learned he is allergic after a doc visit that interrupted our weekend trip to Rock City and Ruby Falls. My husband went back to front desk as a different person was working an told him an showed him pictures of the fleas on my leg that night an then our sons legs and all he could say was he was terribly sorry an moved us to a suite. He stated the whole 1st floor was having a flea problem. IT IS A FLEA INFESTATION!!
