  : The area is pretty. And if you are into camping, it's looks like the cabins and tents might be okay . But for a single overnight, the amenities are a bit sparse and inconvenient. The bathroom, while very sparse, is clean, and the shower was hot.
  : There is not a lot of emphasis on customer service. Communication is unclear. In one place, it says you have to check in by 7pm (which is very early in the summer). But then when I emailed, they said we could check in by 10pm. Breakfast starts late enough that we went somewhere else for breakfast. And the pool, opening at 11am is late in the summertime. Especially when check-out is noon, there is very little time to use the pool before checkout. The front desk gave us very little information on check-in and we had to ask about things. (Where do we park? What's the wifi? Is there a code to use for the house door keypad after a certain time?)I think we were expecting something different.

  : The staff was very friendly and the interior of the room was up to date in décor. The deal I got through Booking.com was great, but I would never have paid full price. The lobby looked very cool, I really liked the décor, it seemed fairly neat, and they had a bunch of board games and couches there.
  : Almost every building is in disrepair, holes in the room, mold in the coffee pot, only tv option was an amazon fire stick so if you don't have an account you can't watch anything. Seemed like most amenities were closed which is likely due to the season and weather. The room was 44 degrees when we got in it. Had to figure out the heat and it took about 2 hours to warm up. Roads and lots need to be maintained. It was built in 1981 and other than the interior of the rooms, has not been updated since. We did not try any food, I'm not even sure what was available, after finding mold in the coffee pot. Also, not enough blankets, just one thin blanket and a sheet. Way too cold for this, especially since we got "upgraded" because the pipes froze in our initial cabin. No one was at the desk, the main building was locked, I had to wait for someone to come over and I wasn't even completely sure it was the right building. Poor signage and directions to the cabins.

  : The rooms are very dated. The pillows are very nasty. When I woke up in the morning there were a bunch of lady bugs on the bed.

  : We had no Hot Water in our room, and the food made our whole group sick.
