Overlooking the beach and within easy walking distance of the town centre and pier this AA 4-star character property has been welcoming guests to Eastbourne for over 170 years. One of Eastbourne’s original old ‘sea houses’ the dog-friendly Royal has recently undergone a complete renovation to provide comfortable modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi throughout and flat-screen TVs. The building’s original features have been retained.

Bathrooms feature heated towel rails shaver points fluffy white towels and complimentary Duck Island toiletries. Start each day with a healthy fresh breakfast in the airy breakfast room. Choose from real ground coffee freshly squeezed orange juice a selection of organic yoghurts cereals homemade breads and jams.

No English breakfasts are served. Soya milk is available.
