Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist.

Some rooms may not be suitable for cots, please check at time of booking. Family rooms may only be occupied by persons from the same household and this will need to be evidenced.

There are 11 steps to the front door, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility, once inside there is a lift to floors 1 and 2.

Parking is suitable for vehicles up to 1.90 metres, vehicles that can't use the parking will have to park on street at their own expense.
*On-line check-in must be completed prior to parking to avoid a fine.

There is no facility to check in after 22:00 and keys must be handed into reception no later than 10.30 on day of departure (late check out is chargeable).

There must be 1 responsible adult aged 18 or over in each room.

The Sheldon cannot take DSS or unaccompanied children under any circumstances.

Discounted rates do not include breakfast and may not include daily service.

Please note the Deluxe Suite is not suitable for guests under the age of 18.
