  : The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. Each room has a pull out sofa bed so teenagers get to have their own beds. It's very family-friendly.
  : It is not set up for someone with balance issues. There are no grab bars in the shower. The bottom of the tub is slick. WiFi is spotty. The pool was closed in July! The staff said the proper authorities had not yet inspected it. The kids were disappointed. Had we known that the pool was closed we would have booked another hotel.The worst part of it, however, was the leak from the upstairs bathroom into our bathroom. Sometimes it was like a downpour. We reported it immediately, but it didn't get fixed until day two when the rain got worse.Overall, I think this hotel is really like a two-star, maybe a two and a half star, but it's definitely not a three-star hotel.

  : The kitchen was not cleaned well. Stains everywhere, which I cleaned off with wipes. Everything was sticky even when we wiped off counters, etc. The toilet needs to be flushed 3 times for it to go down. There was a pool but not open. Need to spray for bugs or something because i had to go to drs and be treated for spider bites and need to take medicine for.

  : It was ok just could be little cleaner 2 flies were in the room the bathroom door had look like it flood before it had water stain the bottom and looks like people live here too they walk their dogs and don't pick up their poop so their dog poop everywhere and when I went to get breakfast there was barely any food left and it was cold the food service was on the phone the whole time so that was terrible so she couldn't even hear you not worth the price to stay here and the pool was close

  : The rooms were spacious and entry to the rooms was from the outside.
  : Certain kitchen amenities that one would find in a kitchen were missing from the rooms making the kitchen kind of useless which sucks cause we specifically booked this because it had a full kitchen. The hotel is also very dirty. There was one point I was walking around in the room and I noticed my feet were black like I was walking outside barefoot. And I had just taken a shower so that clearly shows that housekeeping doesn’t really care about cleaning the floors they just do what looks all right. In addition, the exterior was also not very clean the steps walking up to our room had garbage littered around it that was on the steps throughout our entire stay, no one from maintenance ever came and took care of it, as well as a bedsheet just laying under the stairs, the whole time that also was ignored by housekeeping.

  : They asked first $500 deposit for dirty room, than they go down to $200 deposit and said they release the deposit same they, I called hotel after two business day they couldn’t even find check out they because they didn’t checked it and use my deposit 2-3 days more. And they said do whatever I want, and I will do whatever I want trust me. This type hotel always do same way for people.
  : Rowwiler dangerous customer dogs I saw two already but I heard a lot in this property walk without leash and they live in the hotel, hotel was dirty I got pictures and very old materials and furniture. They are asking huge amount of money for that room.i didn’t have choose at night I stayed but no way any more in this same hotels anymore

  : Just don’t book here. We came here for a weekend trip and nothing went well with this booking in my opinion. The pool was not open but the front desk rep did not say anything until we said something. Second the wifi sucks and did not reach to our room; we had to use our hotspots and it barely connected to the hotel wifi…it always “connected” but no internet connection which sucked. We stayed for two days and by Saturday we were locked out of the room with no explanation as to why. The AC did not work our first night there, we were debating to get a fan but thugged it out and it came on about 3 am the next day as i heardit turn on. Also room service did not come daily, we’ve stayed at hotels that had room service come every day but they only came on our last day which was Sunday and came 20 minutes before we checked out. Compared to other hotels/suites this room was honestly disgusting and wasn’t up to par and most likely not up to par for anyone who would stay; pieces of the sealing was breaking off and falling down, the light over the kitchen table was flickering, the slide door was closed with a stick, and it looked like a half job was done with cleaning overall, we had to double clean when we arrived and the room still smelled after us cleaning. The only person there that seemed to have common sense was the maintenance guy that came to fix our toilet honestly. The area seemed very sketchy and alot of junkies hanging in and out of the hotel rooms. Again i would say just don’t book, spend the extra few dollars and don’t make the mistake i made when looking and booking. Sad to say but this place is a dump…

  : We specifically came to this hotel to be close enough to Asbury Park but not have to pay $600 a night. Yet, I specifically chose this hotel which was more than other hotels in the area and figured it would be a little upgrade and it had a pool. When we arrived, there was a sign “pool closed” I asked why and never got an answer due to language barrier. Later that night I stopped in to grab a menu and a new guy was at the desk and I asked him why the pool was closed? He went and got a lady who wasspoken to in English about my question then as she came to me at the desk she wasn’t being clear with her words. I asked 10 different ways WHY it was closed and she kept pointing at the sign. I guess my last attempt pre-empted the man who was there and got this lady to finally answer me correctly that I could understand and said the City Inspector hadn’t been out to Inspect. I asked when do they come? Do you make appointments? Like how could this happen in the middle of a 6 + day heat wave. No answer.The Continental breakfast was plain stale bagels and cream cheese or waffles. Neither I can eat. Where was the protein area for people who are diabetic? The prep room just behind the set up for customers had several women inside there yelling so loud we literally felt uncomfortable, we didn’t eat, just left to our room.The morning we were supposed to leave, we had noon checkout to sleep in we were awoken by 3 Womens in front of our door arguing or telling some big story but we couldn’t tell because we didn’t know that language. They were so loud. We were too embarrassed to even open the door. Even tho the room smelled of bleach when we got there, our floor was filthy, our feet were dirty in an hour. The tub was stained yellow, the toilet paper holder was partially in the wall and not, a big gap around the side. The wall and floorboard was all open a gaping disgusting hole. My son said it looked like a crack hotel trying to be better.
  : Please all the above, I can’t even say, I only went from my room to the non- breakfast. There was nothing for us to like, no pool open
