  : I frequently stay at the Residence in my travels to other states. I like the fact that the hotels are well maintained, that you can rent a suite and there is a hot breakfast in the morning.
  : It was necessary for the staff to change my suite. The toilet didn't work in the room that we were originally assigned. We stayed in the room the first night. However, I went downstairs to the front desk the following morning to meet with management to inform them of the matter. My family and I subsequently were moved to a different suite. As a former marketing manager, I am all about "customer experience". As such, my initial impression of the hotel, for the first night, was not positive. The employees responsible for room prep should make certain that everything is operating before assigning the room to a patron. An inoperable toilet is not something that should be easy to determine and then address. Consequently, it is my perception that i overpaid for the suite the first night as it did not meet my expectations. It should be duly noted that the suite they transferred us to did!
