  : Instructions for access and Info booklet provided was super helpful. Quirky interior design. Nice new bathrooms. Convenient central location handy to tram stop.
  : Was upstairs but not an issue for us and we knew beforehand. Kitchen on smaller side, but we ate out anyway.

  : Location so convenient and easy to get around. Decor nice a stylish and as described and photographed online really quirky and cool. Met the cleaners when we bag dropped and they were really friendly and helpful. Nice clean beds and linen very comfy. Showers nice and clean, hot and powerful. Great social spaces for small groups. Allowing us to bag drop early was so helpful and appreciated for our short city break. Really fab stay would definitely return and recommend.
  : We couldn't turn the heating down it was locked and was so, so hot set to 24 degrees in the apartment it was uncomfortable at times and we needed to have the windows open in january. Only 1 knife ...luckily we didnt eat at the apartment and only needed it for toast. Didnt bother us as we were out until early hours but there is a busy bar 2 doors down and people right outside the apartment door when we returned as well as making noise until very late. Couldn't hear this in bedrooms at the back at all but could if you slept in the front room. Really ddint effect us though it was perfect location for us.

  : Electric shower hit and miss. Reported on checkout and assured plumber was dispatched. One of the 2 bathrooms didnt lock. Also reported and confident would be fixed. A little tatty in places but didnt detract overall.
