  : The facility was available for my needs, but was a disappointing experience in general.
  : No one was available to check me in when I arrived and I waited over 30 minutes after I was able to speak with someone in order to check in. The facility is old, which normally isnt a problem, but maintenance and upkeep of the room I reserved was marginal at best. Tile in the shower had black grout and the tub was well worn. When I tried to turn on the hot water for a shower, the handle on the hit water faucet came off in my hand. Very disappointing experience.

  : The room was not set up for guests when we were checked-in. Front desk came into room with towels. Didn't knock first!

  : Nothing! Im still waiting for my money back. The owner/manager never was there to let us in our room. She was busy a Halloween function! We had to find another place to stay!!!

  : The door locks wouldn't engage. There was only a chain and ar 10:54 pm someone tried to bust in and damaged the chain. We ended up propping a table against the door.
