  : I liked Starbucks being across the street. I loved being near places that were in walking distance like SanJacinto Plaza .....loved that the hotel had love music
  : I didn't like :No one listened to our requestsEvery time we wanted ice, we had to call down ( no ice machines on any floor ( or so we were told )Whether breakfast or dinner , in room dining always came luke warm , never hot.Un sealed bottle.of Vodka - we were compensated for that, but it should have not happened - When requesting the mini fridge has coke and OJ....room service, took ALL the drinks out of the fridge - that was not what we requested , again, goes back to listening.On 2 occasions, we were given one napkin for 2 people - careless.We were also given 1 wash cloth for 2 people. On the last full day, we requested Coca-Cola for the room - 3 Cans ( for 2 people) were brought to the room , warm and nasty - we called home and our Granddaughter and Son In Law brought us some from home ( thankfully we only live 25 mins away - Hubby had got the Hotel because it's been such a stressful time for us ,5 family members had passed away so this short stay was so terribly important - but it wasn't the stay we thought it would be. The bathroom floor was covered in stains - Just gross. I don't think the staff should be watching TV in the bar or combing their hair where drinks are being served - so totally unprofessional - ( I have a video of this if needed ).

  : Our second stay here visiting our son who is in the Army. We really enjoy the location and accessibility. Took in a Chihuahuas game, the Coffee Box, several restaurants (all fabulous) and lovely live music in the Park. We enjoyed Sunday brunch at the Plaza and they visited the beautiful bar in the hotel a few times. I greatly appreciate the fresh coffee station in the morning ... it is very good.
  : Cost to park is pricey, so we elected not to rent a car this trip.

  : No pool. There was a festival in the square while we were there and it was really loud and created a bit of a traffic nightmare
