  : The building & common areas are amazing ! Old & impressive
  : Parking was an issue, no kettle, WiFi poor, couldnt stream, view from bedroom window, price for what we got, lift was broken 4 days, no towel or sheet change in 5 days, utensils were missing, room was a bit worn & shower overflowed

  : We liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Sara. We liked the magnificent public area of the building. We liked the cleanliness of the apartment. The bed was comfortable.
  : The apartment was not very well equipped and the fittings not very good. There was a modern electric hob, but no kettle, coffee maker or microwave. So, to make a hot drink we had to heat water in a saucepan. The worktop in the kitchen was damaged in several places. There was no hairdryer. The towels were small and old, and there were not enough of them. There were little bottles of hair and bodywash gel, but no hand soap in the shower room or kitchen. It felt as though the apartment was still in the process of being refurbished and was not really ready for guests.
