  : So much can be said about the things I didn't like but I'll minimize my rant to just a couple that stood out. Mainly the bed and the shower were my biggest complaints. The bed was awful. It was extremely flat and incredibly squeaky; you couldn't breath without hearing it start to squeak - I woke up in a ton of pain. I couldn't even shower when I woke up because when I turned on the faucet, large clumps of little black hairs came floating up and the tub wasn't draining so the clumps were just swimming about, it was DISGUSTING. My fiancé fished them out and decided to brave the shower but I was way too disgusted by then. Overall the entire hotel felt very rundown and gross. This is the first time I've ever written a bad review - it's not my thing but that just goes to show how bad this place was. Never again. What a waste of money and sanity.

  : The staff was amazing! Very friendly and kind. The room was nice as well. The only issue I had really was with the pool. The night lights inside the pool were hanging out in the water and there were cracks in the pool that was causing water to leak. Also, they didn’t have any spare towels down by the pool so we had to use to towels from our room.
  : The pool. The area needed maintenance and had the night lights hanging out of the walls as well as leaks. Also the jets for the hot tub did not work and there were no spare towels so we had to use the towels from our room.

  : The lobby was beautiful! The pet rooms and grass area made traveling with a dog easier. Coffee in lobby!! Staff handled concerns well

  : I asked front desk for late check-out and they said ok and did not mentioned any changes for this but they charged me full 1 day amount for my 2hr late check-out.
