  : Great location to get out of into the ranching countryside. Comfortable bed and outdoor porch as well as a patio on the other side of the rooms. Very quiet. Animals on the property wander freely which for those who are not bothered by the large and small occupants on the ranch, is part of the texture of the real place. Having a separate common house for 24 hour use was great. Food and drink were there 24 hours and you could take the breakfast there or in your room. The price was right for what the facility offered.
  : Room needed maintenance (light bulb, plumbing) and deeper cleaning. We're used to tracking in dirt and gravel as we live on a rural piece of property but our room need some attention.

  : Good location. Very nice breakfast and breakfast room. Our room was clean.
  : Check-in was a bit difficult as the directions were not very clear on finding the location (simply saying "you need to open and go through the closed gate would have helped). and we needed to call to get Stephen to direct us to our room. The room was OK but extremely noisy due to the wind on the flu of the wood stove making a racket all night. Also, the gate was broken and very difficult to open to get into the property - this was repaired after I reported it.

  : We enjoyed being away from the city and on a quiet farm for a romantic date night alone.
  : Room was cold when we arrived and had to wait to get it heated up.

  : It's a nice place, older, but very clean and well kept. Our rooms (we had 2) were both clean, though we had some problems in our bathroom with getting anything but a drizzle of water. The hot never got beyond lukewarm, unfortunately. We didn't take showers for those reasons and because is was so dark, it just wasn't appealing. However, Steve, the owner, manager was great and very personable. We thorougly enjoyed talking with him. The setting is very beautiful and peaceful.
  : see above. One additional note, our friends in the other room said that their water temp was very hot - too hot.
