  : The room was pretty clean but it had a bad soapy smell. It was fairly spacious and came with a full fridge, stovetop and sink which was nice.
  : I plugged the hair dryer in the table lamp outlet and it blew the breaker. The side table and desk lamp didn't work the whole time. The room was booked for 3 adults, they booked us in a queen and sofa bed. When we asked for two queens they said they would rent us a ANOTHER room for a small discount but would charge us for our current room as well. We stayed in the sofa bed room. They know we had 3 guests but only had 2 towels. When I called down to the front desk to ask for more towels, they said they would only exhange a dirty towel for a clean towel. I told them there were 3 guests and we needed 3 towels and then they said that we could have only one more. Not that impressed with the service and will not book again.

  : Room had a refrigerator, stove top & microwave.
  : Mattress was worn, not comfortable.Staff & guests smoke just outside front entrance, causing smoke to waft up to our room. The smoke was so heavy, our clothes and hair reeked of it the next morning when we left.Though facility was more than 1/2 empty we were put in a room where cigarette smoke was too much but our room also faced and was bombarded by outdoor music from adjoining property was loud and disturbing and is scheduled for every Friday night. So a known occurrence to staff who put us in that room!

  : Clean room, comfortable bed and bedding.
  : Parking completely insufficient. The hotel houses workers as a short term rental. The people who are residing there have enormous work trucks, leaving little to no space in the lot for other guests. We were traveling with a truck and trailer and could not park in the lot. There was no street parking so we had to park across the street at the Home2Suites. I would stay there instead in the future. Same price, large lot, breakfast included. Bonus though: the hotel did have food trucks in the morning - they block large spots out of their lot for food trucks adding to the parking issue.

  : New, comfortable, clean. Liked having a kitchen in the room. Nice sized room and bathroom. Quiet. Amazing laundry room that we didnt use, but looked great.
  : The check in was a little weird. Front desk lady said Booking.com was down and we had to wait to check in. Didnt really feel welcomed. No decaf coffee available. The luggage carts were difficult to use.

  : Electric charging stations were a bonus that made us choose the hotel. Didnt need the kitchen, but a nice perk to have full-size fridge and ability to cook.
  : When checking in I told the desk clerk we were going to use the electric car chargers. They should have told us they needed to turn on the power before we could use them. At first we thought they were not functioning.
