  : We had a 1st floor suite overlooking the pool which was spacious and cleaned well every day, Breakfast was good the 1st 3 days of our holiday although we decided to walk 5 mins into the village for breakfast after that so we could pay for what we ate rather than pay flat rate of 13 euros each. Pool and snack bar were excellent, I recommend the club sandwich ;-) and the staff were super friendly and helpful
  : Net drapes under the curtains in the room that could be kept closed in day but let the light through. To protect privacy from passers by when on ground floor and from residential block at rear of hotel. Also choice of kids price for breakfast, 13 euros was fine for full buffet and option of freshly made omelette but not for child having a juice and some cornflakes

  : Spacious rooms with great storage, functional and effective aircondition, sufficient outdoor space to sit and enjoy breakfast and hang clothes / towels to dry. Maintained clean every day by property staff. Available crib for our toddler. Very polite and helpful staff, responsive over message, and available till late night hours. Cozy pool area, pool suitable for toddlers and grown-ups (with shallow / deep parts), with plenty of lounge chairs. We didn't have breakfast, but had plenty of refreshments and coffee, all well done. Great location, walking distance from the beach and restaurant areas. We walked away with a local goodies bag, such a nice gesture from the property owners.
  : I don't have any improvement remarks, really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back.

  : Very clean.Comfortable beds.Large room with extra toilet and kitchenette.Decent value for the area.Very good service.Still looks new or was recently refurbished.
  : Expensive and mediocre breakfast.Noisy AC from somebody else's room disrupting sleep.Limited number of sun beds in the shade.Pool only opens at 10am.

  : First and foremost the Staff were very pleasant from upon arriving and leaving the staff were very professional and supported any our needs. The Hotels location is good a short walk from eating places, restaurants, bars, beaches, shops etc no need for taxis or long walks. The Pool was ok nice area to relax. They provided beach towels at bar which was great. Predominantly British people staying in hotel which was good older couples mostly created nice relaxed atmosphere. Elounda is a good place in Crete for a short holiday and the weather even in September was 30 degrees and over with no wind etc. All in All ideal for a short stay if you want relaxed hotel with Great weather and walking distance to all amenities.
  : I always like to highlight a Room for Improvement so here goes. Firstly i would like to highlight Rooms are pretty basic small but ideal for just a nights rest really. Takes me back to my lads holiday days where a room and bed were all that were required. Secondly i would like to highlight Pool Area the the Sun Loungers Evidence of Yellow Stain Sweat marks on every lounger round the pool. Either these should be washed regular or renewed you can see it more when the pool area is quiet before sunset. Thirdly perhaps some relaxing music on at pool area in the background during the day create a more holiday vibe. These are no complaints just room for improvements and i am sure are easy fixes and can be completed.

  : The staff were amazingly accommodating, friendly and generally couldnt do enough for you. What it lacked in some areas was overridden by the people staff and guests.
  : There were a few areas around the pool that could benefit from some upgrade.

  : Brilliant location - close to town, but still very quiet. Very friendly hotel, with lovely staff. The Pool was excellent. Cleaning of rooms was good standard and frequent. Kitchenette was small but had everything you need. Really lovely to get a bottle of wine, water and fruit as a welcome gift and also get given a gift on leaving. Full review on TripAdvisor
  : Paintwork in bathroom and on sunbeds is a bit tatty. It was very windy whilst we were there and the windows were very rattly/whistling. Needs a little bit of maintenance (but it was towards end of season).
